It resists chemical corrosion, remains flexible without brittle fracture, and is cost-effective—ideal for consumer goods and packaging where appearance and processability matter, though it has moderate strength and heat resistance.

This medium-hardness, actively foaming flexible material allows for controlled expansion via print temperature, enabling adjustable weight reduction and softness. With a surface hardness of 65-85A, it achieves up to 50% weight savings versus standard TPU at maximum expansion, while delivering an excellent fabric-like surface texture.
